Calendar

When you come to our services, you’ll find one of two formats: 1) either a traditional worship format that begins with a lighting of our chalice followed by readings, music and offertory, sharing of milestones, and a sermon or message, or 2) an informal, discussion-based format that in many UU churches are called Forums. After lighting the chalice, a lay leader presents a short talk on a topic, with most of the hour devoted to group discussion. Each service is followed by time for socializing.
All of our services are held in Room 5, Harold Walter Siebens Forum, Buena Vista University, unless otherwise noted. See map for directions.

For more detailed information about each of our services, sign up for our church e-newsletter. Contact newsletter editor, Ginger Walker at glwalker@newulmtel.net.
